Terms listed here apply only to private commissions. For commercial work, please contact us directly.
1) GENERAL TERMS
- By sending Payment, the Client automatically agrees to the Terms of Service outlined by the Artist.
- Chosen Commissions are a case by case basis and are purely up to the Artist's discretion.
- The Artist may cancel the commission at any point for any reason,Issues, Burnout, Etc.
- By ordering a commission, you agree to these Terms of Service. - By ordering a commission, you declare that you are of legal age.
- We reserve the right to decline any commission request at any point for any reason. - We do not accept commissions involving religious themes, fetish oriented ideas, pornography, hate art, satire, caricature, chibi, or other styles that don't match our artistic direction. please ask before commissioning.

2) COMMISSION PROCESS AND EDITS
- Deadlines must be discussed before the initial price appraisal and may affect pricing.
- Payment plans must be arranged before an invoice is sent.
- We work only with provided reference materials.
- By providing references, you declare that you have proper rights or permission to use the character designs.
- The Client may Request edits and revisions of the artwork without charge at the sketch stage of the commission.
- Edits requested beyond the sketch stage will incur an additional fee based on how much work it will require to preform the edits requested.
- Any missing markings, accents, details, etc on the commission that is not shown in the provided reference will incur an additional fee to adjust. Please ensure that the visual reference of your character is accurate.
- Major revisions such as a pose change, palette change, background change, etc will NOT be made after the sketch of the commission is approved by the client.

3) PAYMENT TERMS
- All payments must be made only via PayPal in advance, except for approved payment plans.
- Payments without a prior invoice will not be accepted. Please include your PayPal address for invoicing.
- Payment plans are available for commissions after 50% payment and continues past sketch stage after full payment.
- No Refunds
- Payment is expected up front before the Artist starts work on the commission and will be requested through a Paypal Invoice. Work will not start until the Invoice is paid in full.

- The Artist may complete the commission faster or slower than the normal turnaround time due to reasons.
- Clients may request additional updates at any time, however, being asked too frequently commission will be cancelled
- All completed commissions will be delivered through email as digital files.
- Most commissions include a sketch approval stage with revision rights. - Additional work-in-progress updates only if we want.
- Additional work beyond the initial project scope will be declined.

5) COPYRIGHT & ARTWORK USE AND RIGHTS
- We are retain all rights to created artwork, including the right to repost, use, and sell the art in digital or physical forms.
- The Client may reupload the public (watermarked) version of the commission as long as credit is provided in the description.
- The artist claims no rights to the characters or intellectual properties depicted.
-Use of commissioned artwork with blockchain technologies, cryptocurrency, NFTs, or AI technologies is strictly prohibited.
- The Client may only use commissioned artwork for PERSONAL use.
- If the Client wishes to Privatize the artwork or purchase rights to the artwork for commercial use, this must be negotiated at the time of filing a commission form and will incur an additional fee.
- The Client agrees that using my artwork for any AI generation is prohibited.
